Take ginger beef

Dish discontinuous cuisine Chinese restaurant take-out. Serves 4Partially freeze beef to make it easier to cut.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice or sherry, vinegar, sugar, water and hot wine of oil from Chile. Cancelled.


While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables and sauce. Cutting celery, red peppers and carrots into thin strips.


To prepare the dough, combine flour and cornstarch. Incorporate the vegetable oil and oil hot chili if using. Add a quantity of water to a smooth paste. It shouldn't be too dry or too flows, but should drop slightly back of a wooden spoon.


Heat oil to poach in 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Dip pieces of beef marinated in the dough. When oil is hot, add the beef and fried until it is brown gold. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.


Increase the heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Frying beef a second time, to make it extra cripsy. Remove and drain. Clean wok.


Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the wok. When oil is hot, add chopped garlic, peppers and ginger. Sauté until peppers blister. Add the carrot. Jumped briefly, then add celery and red pepper.


Grow vegetables on the side of the wok. Add the sauce in the middle. Heat to boiling, then add back in the pan fried beef. Mix all ingredients. Remove from heat. Stir in sesame oil. Serve warm.


 

Ultimate Chicken Stir-fry

Chicken, cashew and water chestnuts are cooked in a delicious sauce chicken stir-fry recipe submitted by Alex Smith. He pointed out that it works as well with beef. How to prepare chicken stir-fry
A dry wok over medium heat, add cashews. Toast for about 1 minute, stirring constantly until toasted lightly (don't burn). Remove cashews.

Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in the wok. Add the chicken. Skip to what Bruni, with no Rose slightly (about 5-6 minutes). Remove the chicken and put on the plate.


Jumped, carrots and mushrooms for about 3 minutes water chestnuts. Add cooked chicken, cashew and stir-fry sauce. Stir well. Cover the wok and let the ingredients to cook for about 3 minutes.

Vegetarian Potstickers

Drain the tofu, cut into cubes and mash. Wash and prepare vegetables. Combine tofu with the rest of the ingredients and seasonings.

Draw one in front of you gyoza wrappers. Dipped his finger in water and moisten the edges of the packaging.

Without returning the dumplings, add 1/2 cup of water and cover. Cook for about 1 minute to cook raw stuffing and then discover and continue cooking until most of the liquid is absorbed.
