A dry wok over medium heat, add cashews. Toast for about 1 minute, stirring constantly until toasted lightly (don't burn). Remove cashews.
Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in the wok. Add the chicken. Skip to what Bruni, with no Rose slightly (about 5-6 minutes). Remove the chicken and put on the plate.
