Vegetarian Potstickers

Drain the tofu, cut into cubes and mash. Wash and prepare vegetables. Combine tofu with the rest of the ingredients and seasonings.

Draw one in front of you gyoza wrappers. Dipped his finger in water and moisten the edges of the packaging.


Place a packed teaspoon of filling of the package.


Fold the wrapper gyoza filling and pinch the edges to seal closed. (You can use a mixture of cornstarch and water to make it easier).


Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or large skillet.When the oil is ready, carefully add the dumplings and cook on high heat to golden brown (about 1 minute). Without returning the dumplings, add 1/2 cup of water and cover. Cook for about 1 minute to cook raw stuffing and then discover and continue cooking until most of the liquid is absorbed.
