Peanut sauce

Peanut sauce is a great way appetizers, salads, pasta, fried tofu and satay flavor added.


This Chinese-influenced recipe for peanut sauce paste did not the sharp taste of Thai peanut sauce recipes with curry, but it is just as flavorful.Warm the chicken broth in a small saucepan and warm to keep over low heat.
Process the peanut butter, garlic, coriander and mint leaves and sugar in a blender or food processor. Add slowly heated chicken stock and process.
Remove from the mixer and stir into the soy sauce and chili powder taste.
Peanut Satay and salads or as an appetizer dip sauce to serve.
