Chinese traditional Gewürzten food - beef

 


Spiced beef cooking technique described this recipe is strange with the Chinese. Boiled beef, a Chinese cold favorite dish is cooled and cut into slices.


Ingredients:


1 Pound beef


Pinch powder chicken bouillon


few drops sesame oil


1 Tsp salt


Wet ingredients: 1/2 cup soya bean paste, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of wine, 1 / 2 can beer


Spices and flavors: pair Chinese cinnamon, 5 anise seeds, 1/2 oz green onion, 1/2 oz ginger squashed


Directions:


1. Submerge beef in water in the pot. Cook until meat gray and water goes out is foamy.


2. Drain beef. Dive into a fresh pot with water.


3. Add wet ingredients, salt, spices and flavors and cooking you again.


4. Skim off foam, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours can all.


5. When beef is tender (can be easily pierced with a chopstick), heat to thicken to raise the sauce. Add powdered chicken bouillon and sesame oil flavor.


6. Cool (optional), slice and serve.
